- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (bake 350 1 hour)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄4 cup butter, diced
directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart dish.
- Combine brown sugar, flour pecans and butter.
- Spread over sweet potatoes.
- Bake at for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
