  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla.
  • Mix well and pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart dish.
  • Combine brown sugar, flour pecans and butter.
  • Spread over sweet potatoes.
  • Bake at for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
