  • Crack egg in large frying pan.
  • Let egg fry until barely white. Then,scramble the yolk, add a little cream to the scrambled egg area, but leave the egg white alone. Let the egg finish cooking. Do not flip.

  2. Leave it to a nine year old to come up with this cure for the sunny side up eggs with broken yolks! I did add a tab of butter to the hot pan and used just a tad of low fat milk in place of the cream. After scrambling the center I did place a top on the pan. Salted and peppered them. These are crisp on the bottom and soft on top. I don`t see any reason not to flip them for those that would like it cooked a bit more or the bottoms will burn.
