DIRECTIONS

  • In the bottom of mixing bowel that has a dough hook, add the yeast and warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile melt the butter. Add sugar, salt, and milk and stir to dissolve.
  • Add the eggs and mix about 3 minutes.
  • Gradually add the flour until you have a very soft but manageable dough. Continue mixing for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead a few times.
  • Placed in oiled bowel and rise until double. Mine takes about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Gently punch down and knead a few times. Shape into desire rolls.
  • Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on cooling rack and brush tops with a mixture of milk and sugar.
