• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄3 cup margarine (melted)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (6 serving)
• 2 2⁄3 cups milk

directions

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter, press in 9 x 13 pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar& 2 tbs milk until smooth.
3. Fold in 1/2 whipped topping, spread over crust.
4. Prepare pudding as directed on pkg using 2 2/3 cup milk.
5. Pour over cream cheese layer.
6. Chill several hours or over night.
7. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.

I was going to post this recipe but, after doing a search I saw someone else had beat me to the punch. :) This is a easy, tasty dessert to serve during the week for family or for potlucks and dinner parties. The sweet and tangy cream cheese mixture and rich chocolate pudding mixtures compliment one another tremendously. After the first time of making this dessert, it will quickly become one of your favorite tried and true recipes....just see for yourself. :)
