ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 -3 drops hot pepper sauce
directions
- In a medium bowl, combine cheeses.
- Stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Shape into a 9x3-inch log; wrap airtight in plastic wrap or foil.
- Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
- Makes 1 cheese log.
