- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
- 3⁄4 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce (another kind)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat and keep it warm until ready to serve. Just before serving, whisk again until all the ingredients are combined again.
- Pour half of the sauce over cooked drumettes/wings and transfer chicken back to the oven (temperature off). Remove after 10 minutes and pour the rest of the sauce over. Serve immediately.
