This looked like just the kind of barbeque sauce I was looking for - and I set out to make it only to find I had about 1/2 cup of ketchup left in the bottle. I decided to use this recipe, but cut it way back and kinda estimated on the amounts. I also did not cook it on the stovetop either. I had seen other no-cook barbeque sauces so thought this might work here too. I am sure it would be even better if I had followed the directions exactly, but even with my changes it was delicious! Not too sweet, not too smokey - perfect! I can't wait to get some more ketchup and make a full recipe!
