Simple Garlic Basil Oil

"A very quick and easy, yet elegant dipping oil that goes great with crusty bread and salad, or pour over plain pasta for a flavorful dish."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup packed basil leaves, chopped
• 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, chilled for 2 hours
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3 cloves garlic, minced

directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and uniformly green.
2. Serve with crusty bread for dipping or over pasta.
