- 3⁄4 cup Karo syrup
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup molasses
- 1⁄4 cup barley malt syrup
- 1⁄4 cup oil (Omega blend recommended, like Virginia Prime Gold)
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup maltodextrin hydrolyze starch (Maltodextrin or 1/2 cup tapioca starch)
- 4 teaspoons b-complex liquid (Sundown Naturals Sublingual B Complex with B-12 or Spring Valley Vitamin B-Complex Sublingual Liquid)
- 4 teaspoons msm-white-crystalline not liquid (Use Pure Methylsulfonylmethane, its easy to find as a horse or human supplement)

- In a glass bowl mix MSM and water together; set aside and wait 15min then mix again. Most if not all MSM should be dissolved.
- To the MSM-water add B-Complex liquid then gradually mix in Karo Syrup, molasses, and malt syrup.
- In a saucepan melt coconut oil. Use your lowest heat setting. Note: coconut oil melts at 80F, thus there is no need to heat any higher.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in oil.
- Gradually, whisk maltodextrin into the saucepan.
- Slowly add oil-maltodextrin-mix to the other ingredients; use an electric hand mixer (may take up to 5 minutes).
- Refrigeration is recommended but not necessary.
- Shake well before using.
- Give 2 teaspoons per 10 pounds of body weight daily.
