  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.
  • Microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.
  • Add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • After vegetables fried, add water.
  • After water has boiled, add semiya.
