- 1⁄2 cup red currant jelly
- 1 tablespoon water
directions
- Heat the jelly and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Let cool until it is only slightly warm and then glaze the fruit or tart crust, using a pastry brush.
