directions

  • heat oven to 350.
  • beat eggs,sugar,butter in a bowl till smooth.
  • stir in coconut and vanilla.
  • put 1 tsp of jam into the tarts shells.
  • put 1 teaspoons coconut onto top of jam.(should fill the tart almost to the top).
  • bake 15 -20 minutes till top are golden brown.
  • let cool before serving.
