ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Combine all and let stand 10 minutes.
- Pour on a preheated griddle and cook as for most pancakes.
- You can add your favorite fruit to the uncooked side of the pancake ,such as blueberries then flip !
