Pineapple Delight

CRUST
- 16 graham crackers (crushed)
- 8 tablespoons margarine, melted

FILLING
- 1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (113 g) packages vanilla pudding
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip, divided
directions
- CRUST: Mix and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- FILLING: Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding, lemon juice and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Add to base. Add other half of whip on top and sprinkle with graham crumbs. Refrigerate.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
