  1. Originally got this recipe from an Electric Bread cookbook and I agree, it's a wonderful bread...I always make a loaf for any bake sales I do...Thanks for posting it!

  2. Good bread, great texture and it went down a treat. No problems with slicing it and it keeps reasonably well for a second day [if it lasts that long!]

  3. This was pretty good. I wonder if I could enhance the peanut butter flavor by adding more.. or maybe I might even try this: after a dough cycle, remove it and roll it out and apply a thin layer of peanut butter and then roll it up. Then let it rise in a pan and then bake it in the oven.. I'm just thinking out loud, but maybe I might try this...

  4. This didn't work too well for me. The bread was very hard to slice (fell completely apart) and I found it a bit dry. Sorry!

  5. Sue...this bread was out of this world, this is one of those recipes that you would like to rate more than 5 stars....I also made this on delay bake (last night)..the wonderful smell of peanut butter just flowed through my house as it was baking this morning....DH and myself ate half a loaf for breakfast, then DH had the rest of the loaf tonight...it is so delicious..I will be making another tonight (for tomorrow morning)..this is a winner, thanks so much for posting Sue...wonderful bread! :-)
