Dude, trust me. Use Muir Glen organic fire roasted diced tomatoes with chipotle peppers instead of plain diced tomatoes. Holy moly, yum!

Omit the brown sugar and ketchup. I wonder how many calories that takes away. ??

I have never been a fan of meatloaf but throughout my life I have continued to try and find one that was really good and not just tolerable. I finally came across this one a few years ago and it is the best. It is the only recipe I use now and make this a couple times a month

I've used this recipe for years now. It is good for a weeknight or for a party/guests. A few in our family are allergic to eggs so I take out the egg and use a 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and it works great.
