DIRECTIONS

  • Cook asparagus until just tender, I microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water briefly.
  • Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and seaseme oil. Pour over asparagus while still warm.
  • Sever hot or cold.
