Easy and quick and tastes good too. I doubled the sauce so that there was some to put over the rice. The meatballs are a very soft texture. That possibly was due to the extra sauce they sat in throughout the cooking time. However, I think next time I will cut back the milk a little bit. All that said, we really enjoyed this dinner. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for PAC 2010.

I love to putter around in the kitchen. While some people find it stressful to come home after a long day and cook, I find it relaxing. I'm a good cook and an even better baker. I've been using this website for years and have decided that it's time to share some of my favorite recipes. I hope others find these recipes as helpful as I have found theirs!
