  • 15 ounces , your favorite canned fruit undrained
  • 1 green apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 6 tablespoons , hemp chai and flax seed combo
  • 1 -2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 -2 cup water
  • 4 cups dark leafy greens
  • 1 teaspoon himalayan salt

directions

  • in a large blender, add greens and 1 cup of water.
  • Process until smooth and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Keep adding water until you get your desired consistency.
  • Pour into five mason or canning jars remember to leave space at the top if freezing.
