Midori Splice (cocktail)

"This came from the little "recipe book" attached to my bottle of Midori. This makes a pitcher of neon-chartreuse-colored cocktails, about six tall drinks on ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, but I do always add a tropical paper parasol! And don't tell anyone, but my fiance likes to add an extra shot of Malibu to his glass; and I like an extra shot of Midori."

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 cup Midori melon liqueur
• 1 cup malibu coconut rum
• 4 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice

directions

1. Combine together in a pitcher.
2. Serve in a tall glass, over ice, with pineapple wedge (and a tropical paper parasol!).

These were quite good, although it was a bit to 'syrupy' for my tastes. The card that came with my midori had this same recipe, but with light cream added. So I tried this and it was much nicer. I am throwing my best friend's Hens Night soon, and these will be on the drinks menu!

My husband loves this drink. It is so good and you can't go wrong with pineapple juice!
