yummy yummy yummy in my tummy! It was so good I felt the need to write a rhyme. Hubby and I loved it and will have it again. I used 2 cloves of garlic (big fans of the stuff), added some rosemary and instead of ordinary thyme I used lemon thyme because it is what we grow in our garden. It is snowing outside so we cooked it in the griddle pan which worked beautifully.
