Mango Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

"I'm sure this one has been done before, but I came up with it independent of a cookbook. It's delicious! If you want it to be thicker, try adding less pineapple juice. If you want a less sweet version, omit the strawberry sorbet and replace it with nonfat frozen yogurt!"

  1. Terrific combination of fruit that go well with the pineapple juice. I've tried it both ways & prefer the frozen yogurt for the less-sweet version. Good enough for a dessert, in my opinion, or a filling snack. It's GOT to be good for you too!

  2. I halved it, using a heaping cup of frozen mango chunks and 1/2 cup strawberries with a little soymilk instead of sorbet. I didn't have pineapple juice so I just used fresh pineapple. Sorry for all the substitutions- but even so, this was a wonderful smoothie!
