- 1⁄4 lb butter, softened
- 3⁄4 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 lb cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon Coleman's dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
directions
- Beat the butter until very smooth and creamy with a rotary beater or electric blender.
- Add cream cheese, cottage cheese and beat until well blended and smooth.
- Add parsley, onion, paprika, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and caraway seed; whip until thoroughly blended.
- Chill. Serve in crocks.
