Linda's Caramel Monkey Bread

"This recipe is sooo good and easy to make. My mother-in-law has made it several times with my 3-year-old son, and we all love it! The bread is so moist and the caramel comes out just right every time."

  • Separate biscuits and roll in a mixture of 1/2. c sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  • Place in a bundt pan ~ set on end.
  • Melt together the ice cream, 1/2 cup oleo, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar.
  • Pour mixture over biscuits in bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Cool 10 minutes before inverting pan and removing this treat.
