- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
directions
- Place Monk fruit sweetner and butter in a pan, bring it to medium heat and let it melt.
- Once it melts (not completely dissolved, we want the texture from the sweetener), pour in the pecans and coat them fully.
- Place the pecans over baking paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate until serving.
