I'm sorry, these just didn't work out great for me. I halved the recipe and made as directed except that I added 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp cinnamon- as others had described it as lacking flavor. When I went to pour that pancakes they spread WAY out and ended up really thin and dense. I added 1/8 tsp baking powder but would recommend 1/4 tsp for a half recipe and 1/2 tsp for a whole recipe. This helped a little, but they were still kind of eggy and dense for my taste. I think the idea behind the recipe is good, but it still needs a little more tinkering!

My all-time favorite cookbook is the Culinary Arts Institute Cookbooks. My favorite past times are baking and cooking with my 3 kids ages:15,8 and 3. We love food fights. My true passion is my family. I love to cook for them, and teach them to cook. I learned to cook when I was 10 yrs old. I am now 36 and can make most anything from scratch. I make everything from baking powder to laundry soap. Being frugal for me is hobby and one of my passions.
