Wow! Took this to our Church Social and others had made ice cream also but this was the first to be gone. Very good and easy! I did mix the Hershey's chocolate syrup in with the milk instead of buying choc milk as Cookingpossum suggested ( I did not use the whole bottle only about 3-5 big spoonfuls).

So good and So easy! I'll be making my homemade ice cream this way from now on. When I made it I used Whoppers malted milk balls instead of Butterfingers and whole white milk flavored with Hershey's chocolate malt flavored syrup. After folding the swtnd. condensed milk and whipped topping I added crushed malted milk balls and then after adding the milk I squeezed almost the whole bottle (22 oz) of syrup and stirred until mixed. i took it to a community gathering on the 4th and everyone loved it. The consistency was almost like marshmallow creme. YUM! I think when I make it with Butterfingers I will not use chocolate milk though. Just a personal preference. Great recipe Rebel Rose! Thanks

Wow! My family loved this. Much better and way creamier ice cream than the recipes that came with my ice cream maker. Excellent Butterfinger flavor. I guess my machine is small because I cut the recipe in half and still could only fit 1/2 of that in the machine. Hey, that means I can make more tomorrow!!! My DH and boys thank you!
