- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄4 cup whey protein, vanilla flavor
directions
- Pour the milk into a blender or food processor. Add yogurt; add sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and Whey protein. Process for 30 seconds!
