  • Separate wings and remove tips (to make like buffalo wings).
  • Rinse wings with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Season wings to your taste and add hot sauce to your taste as well.
  • Mix around until evenly coated.
  • Place wings in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam or lined with foil.
  • Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve with fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
