- 4 1⁄2 cups cottage cheese, low fat
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise, can substitute plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon chives, fresh chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Put all in food processor and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
- Serve with assorted veggies.
