- 6 cups grapes
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup almonds
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond flavoring
directions
- Rinse and pluck grapes.
- Mix all ingredients gently.
- Eat within 2-3 hours of making. If not eating immediately, store in fridge.

I did cut this recipe in half & then cut the amount of sugar in half yet again, although another time I'd probably add just a pinch or two more! Also toasted the almonds & thought that added a lot to the overall flavor, not that I'm complaining about that, 'cause we thoroughly enjoyed this unusual (for us) & very refreshing salad!
