Nuts and seeds
- 16 ounces raw sunflower seeds
- 16 ounces raw pepitas pumpkin seeds
- 16 ounces raw almonds
- 2 ounces cashews
- 2 ounces melon seeds
- 2 ounces crispy goji berries

Dried fruits
- 8 ounces bing cherries
- 4 ounces blueberries
- 16 ounces raisins
- 16 ounces unsulfured dried apricots
- 2 ounces green raisins
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 1⁄4 cup agave nectar
- 1⁄4 cup walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
directions
- Mix molasses, agave nectar and oil together
- Mix nuts and seeds together blend the two.
- Spread on cookie sheet one layer of thickness.
- Mix together and set aside dried fruits.
- Preheat oven 400 degrees.
- Roast for 15 to 20 mins
- Remove and WHILE STILL WARM fold in dried fruits.
