Grandma Eula's Baked Caramel Corn

"Every year Jim's Grandma Eula would make warm caramel corn at Halloween. This year I made it for the first time on Halloween while he was at the farm. The house smelled wonderful when he got home!!! I will certainly not wait until next Halloween to make it again. It was AMAZING! Since it takes awhile to make, I went ahead and doubled the recipe. Good Idea."
