Frozen Fruit Salad

"I had this hidden away in an old recipe box. It is pretty as well as sooo good. Don't want to lose it again. Cook time is freeze time. I use a 15-oz drained can of sliced peaches for ease of preparation, instead of fresh peaches."

  • Peel peaches, half and slice. Hull strawberries, cut in half. Chop walnuts. Cut cherries in half.
  • Blend together sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Gently fold in all the fruits into the cream sauce.
  • Pour into a 9-inch or 8-inch square pan; freeze until firm.
  • Cut into squares to serve.
