- Divide chicken into pieces.
- Fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking pan.
- Mix yoghurt with egg white and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour over chicken pieces.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Finely chop mint leaves and mix into yoghurt after 20 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables and rice.
