ingredients

3 lbs boneless chicken, set aside (cooked, cooled, and diced)
1 (14 ounce) package wonton wrappers (cut in quarters, triangles, fried till golden, drain set aside)
1 head iceberg lettuce (Chopped)
2 heads romaine lettuce (Chopped)
¹⁄₂ cup sesame seeds
2 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts (Sliced)
1 cup chopped green onion (about 1 1/2 bunches)
1 cup salad oil
8 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons salt
8 teaspoons rice vinegar

directions

For the dressing: in a sealed container: Mix the Oil, Sugar, Salt and Vinegar.
Mix and toss all ingredients and add dressing "right before you are ready to serve" so the Wontons wont go soggy.
