ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 - 1 3⁄4 lbs lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1⁄3 cup heaping fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1⁄3 teaspoon himalayan salt
- 1⁄3 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced, more to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash milk
directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Hand roll into 1.25 -1.5 inch balls.
- Place in glass baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
