This chicken dish was good. I used crushed stuffing mix for the saltines. It had a sweetness to it from the honey. I used Gourmet Mustard #81378 for the mustard (I use it for a lot of things). Gave it a great flavor. Was very easy to put together. Didn't take long from oven to the table. Thanks for a very nice easy recipe.

Hello There, 99% of my recipes are just plain ole every day recipes mostly from the South. I am of Cherokee,Choctaw and Irish heritage born and raised in Tennessee. My recipes have hillbilly roots and are cooked with Indian and Irish pride. :o) They are all very simple to fix. I can do some of the fancy smancy dishes ( and may post 1 or 2) but my family and myself really don't care for them. Give us biscuits and gravy or taters, beans and cornbread and we are happy as can be. I occasionally give them a chance to try something new they tell me it is good but they want their hillbilly food. :o) I am a stay at home Mom and wife....in other words I am a housewife and darn proud to be one! My name is Gem and I am 46 years old. My husband and I have been married for 24 years. We have 2 children. Our daughter is 21 and her and her hubby have our grandson who is 1 year old and our granddaughter was is 2 months old. Our son is 16 and a Junior in high school. The other loves of my life are my 3 cats Charcoal, Elwood, & Demon and our dog Muttley.
