Creamy Peppercorn Dressing

"I haven't made this yet, but I love peppercorn dressing and hope to make it soon."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Made this tonight to go with our salads and raw veggies. This had a good flavor, but it seemed like there was something missing. We liked this both as a dip and a dressing. I did not get to chill as long as I wanted, so maybe that had an impact on the flavors melding together. I will make this again! :) Thanks lazyme and congrats on your Football Pool 2008, Week #6 win.
