- 1⁄4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1⁄4 cup soft tofu
- 1 orange, seeded
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
directions
- Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
