ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- 1⁄3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
directions
- In a 1 or 2 cup container with lid combine oats and protein and mix.
- Add chips and stir again.
- Add almond milk 1 TBSP at a time until oats are moist.
- Store in refrigerator at least 2 hours can be made ahead and stored 4-5 days.
