  1. We had Mexican night at our house and I made your queso dip. It was very easy and had a nice smooth texture. I liked it because it is mildly seasoned and I could eat it without drowning myself with water afterwards. I served with tortilla chips. Thanks Mizz Nezz.

  2. Very easy to make. The taste is wonderful. DO NOT use skim milk! The texture wasn't so good from using skim milk.

  3. Stringy, tasted good - just strange consistancy

  4. Flavor was great, consistancy was all wrong. It was VERY stringy rather than creamy. I even used regular vitamin D milk instead of skim milk and still had the problem. Sorry.

  5. This was the best recipe I have come across for queso. My family and friends love it. Only one problem....it's all I'm ever request to bring to parties, and I have to double the recipe cuz it's so darn good..

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
