Cheese Broccoli Bake

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 2 lbs cottage cheese
• 32 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
• 1⁄2 lb brick cheese
• 1⁄2 lb American cheese
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 7 tablespoons flour
• 6 eggs, beaten

directions

1. Cut cheeses and butter into chunks.
2. Mix all ingredients and put into buttered 9x13 baking dish.
3. Bake for 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
