Cheddar Chili Braid

- 1 (16 ounce) package hot roll mix
- 1 cup warm water (heated to 120-130 degrees)
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons canned diced green chiles, drained
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
directions
- In a large bowl, combine the contents of the roll mix and yeast packets.
- Stir in water, 1 egg,cheddar cheese, and chilies.
- Turn onto a floured surface, knead dough until smooth, and elastic, (about 5 minutes).
- Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide into thirds, and shape each into a 14 inch rope.
- Place ropes on a greased baking sheet, and braid. Pinch ends to seal, amd tuck under.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, (30 minutes).
- Beat remaining egg, and brush over dough.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pan to a wire rack.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
