ingredients
- 4 tablespoons hot cocoa mix (I prefer to make this with Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa)
- 8 ounces boiling water
- 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate shavings (optional)
directions
- Combine hot cocoa mix and hot water.
- Add shot of chambord. Stir well.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
- Enjoy!

Oh my!!! This is SO good. I made it with some Cadbury's drinking chocolate made with milk instead of the water and hot cocoa mix. Just a personal preference. The chambord added to the blens makes it taste like a liquid truffle. Definitely rich and satisfying. It "almost" makes me wish the cold weather would last longer to drink this in. Almost.....
