Butter-Face Double Garlic Steak Shake

"This is a great seasoning to add extra flavor to your grilled steaks, prime ribs or anything beef related. I use it on the Steak Cook-Off Association circuit with pretty good success."

• Yields: 8 oz
• Serves: 24

ingredients

• 6 tablespoons sea salt
• 4 tablespoons granulated garlic
• 2 tablespoons white pepper
• 2 tablespoons msg
• 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
• 4 tablespoons dried butter powder

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. store in an airtight container.
3. lasts for about 6-months.
4. sprinkle on steaks before and after grilling.
