Broccoli Sauté With Garlic and Olive Oil

Ready In:




  • Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes tender.
  • Remove from the skillet and serve.

    I make a similar recipe. I like to use baby broccoli florets. Also great sprinkled with freshly greated Parmesan cheese.

    Add 1 tbsp lime juice to the pan after you have added the salt and pepper for a really tangy freshness that remains with you even after you have finished your meal. Also it sort of brightens the veggies a bit.
