"This recipe for 'lemonade' actually uses limes. It is best served immediately."
- Ready In:
- Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, and ice.
- Blend in an electric blender, pulsing 5 times. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over ice.

Made as described and served over ice after sieving.
This is very simillar to the Malasian "air limau", but the addition of condensed milk is very new for me. I like this recipe because the smell of the citrus in the zest will not be lost.
Thanks a lot for this refreshing drink.
Mader for Culinary Quest 2014
We love this!! Don't laugh too hard...I scribbled down rough instructions...I trimmed the limes & dropped them in & pureed the whole thing for a few minutes then strained. So I skipped a few steps - oh well! This is really good, refreshing & LIME-Y! No need to worry about it sitting because we drank it up quick! I might make more today...
