Outstanding! Real treat for mushroom lovers like me. They are very quick and simple to make but even with such minimal ingredients they pack a lot of flavor. The only thing I did different is I used minced garlic instead of crushed and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. This recipe can be used as a delicious side dish to variety of main dishes. I will make this again and again. Thank you Chef Mommie for this scrumptious recipe!
