- 1⁄4 cup fresh blueberries or 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Place all ingredients and blend till smooth.

Tomorrow morning's breakfast, made this afternoon - and just sampled! YUM! And so wonderfully low in fat. I made this exactly to the recipe using frozen blueberries and I will be adding it to my rotation of breakfasts-enjoyed-on-the-run-namely-in-the-car. Next time I make this I'll probably add some sunflower seeds, one of my regular smoothie ingredients. Added nutrition and I love that little bit of crunch even after blending.
